For overseas wholesale clients we will be pleased to execute minimum orders of not less than 50 to 100 metres per design. Time required would be 6 to 7 weeks depending on the size and quantity of the order.

Development of new samples will be undertaken for regular buyers. Quantity can be 5 yards to 10 yards.

Colour variation may be +5% for repeat orders.

Some ready stocks are available not only in Tafettas (Full white, Off white, Jet black), but also in exclusive Dolby Stripes & Jacquard designs in Tafetta.

For overseas wholesale clients the terms of payment would preferably be letter of credit - at sight / 30 days, 60 days, D/P basis.

All goods are sent by air only.

We strongly recommend requesting samples of the product before placing orders. Customers should bear in mind they are happy with the fabrics, while placing orders.

We highly suggest ordering sufficient/ extra quantities of products during the initial order or job in hand, as assurance of exact colour requirements depends on the availability of the particular product.

We personally inspect the ordered items individually before shipment.

As per international standards there is a 5 % allowance for colour variations to accommodate the natural characteristics of silk

The company ships the products as soon as the full payment of the order is received.

For customers paying by cheques, orders will be dispatched once the cheque payment is cleared.

Once the payment has been successful, the order will be shipped in 3 working days time.

We cannot guarantee delivery failure due to an error in the address provided by customers. While placing orders, customers should make sure they provide the correct address.

Sunlight is harmful for natural silk, the customer should ensure that adequate care is taken. The company will not accept any accountability of fabrics for discolouration.

Entitlement of the product remains with the company until the payment has been fully received.

The photographs are solely meant for descriptive reasons.

Every order is catered to individual requirements and may be returned only on the conditions:




	The order is not correct

	The item is defected apart from its natural characteristics.

	In this case, customers have to report this in writing with 10 days of delivery.

	No claims will be dealt with for any reasons after 10 days.

If the fabric has been cut or used in any way, the company will not accept any claims whatsoever.

For shipments overseas, prior arrangements need to be made for shipping quotations before placing the order.
